ACCOMODATION

Lake Ōkāreka is a bit light on accommodation (especially in January!), so if you're staying over, we recommend looking in and around Rotorua, there’s loads of great spots nearby!

PARKING

There’s plenty of parking close by, with a short walk to the ceremony spot. Please note that if you drive to the venue you must have a sober driver organised or the car will need to be collected by 9am the following morning.

ATTIRE

It’s a garden party, so dress nicely but comfortably. Whatever you feel good in and can enjoy the day in is perfect.

TIMELINE

Guest Arrival – 3:00pm
Please arrive from 3:00pm to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Ceremony – 3:30pm
We’ll exchange vows in the garden.

Happy Hour – 4:15pm
Enjoy drinks, games, snacks and time to mingle.

Food, Fun & Formalities – From 5:50pm
Head into the marquee for garden-style dinner and speeches.

Celebrating – All Night Long
There’ll be music and dancing – we can't wait to party with you all.

Wrap-Up – Midnight
Last drinks called at 11:45pm, with farewells at 12:00am.
